2nd B - bacon, grits & egg, and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts & JayRobb protein bar chopped into small pieces
L - tossed salad
D - fish nuggets and tossed salad
S - CarbSmart...maybe

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
heme iron: pending
evening batch: after dinner

EXERCITES:
none

good day Gina,

Bites:

B: protein shake with almond milk and strawberries

L: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and a small bowl of salmon salad

S: cheese and crackers, cheezies, Diet Pepsi

S: protein shake with 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 water, small snack size can of pineapples and 1/2 coconut yogurt.

D: meatloaf and a couple perogies and beets

Vites: still have to take supper and bedtime

Exercites: friend is coming over and we are going to do something, I think I will do a walking video or treadmill, just something easy for day 1

Feelings: a bit better today, though it is only 3:46pm and I am looking for something to eat and I just finished my snacks about an hour ago.

Hi Gina,
Hope you're enjoying your weekend. I was so busy today that I'm exhausted.

B: bacon, protein shake
L: turkey and swiss on 1 slice WW bread, sliced tomato, tortilla chips
S: cheese
D: casserole with beef, cheese, etc. (whoops...didn't work)

V: holding off on last batch till I see what my stomach is going to do
F: ok
E: shopping with DD (stuff for her new house), laundry, plants flowers at DD's house, hour of pool time

I've enjoyed the past 2 days of total relaxation. Today the kids and grandbabies are coming over and bringing their wadding pool. Here we go!  lol

I hope you get more pool time today than chores.  : )

fell off the wagon. Ate a little Danish at brunch today. Ugh, now I have to start my sugar free days over again. Grrrr.

9 slices turkey bacon.

brunch @ the retirement home: visted Dad:

eggs

bacon

Sausage patty

tossed salad

Double protein iced coffee

Greek yogurt.

tuna salad on 1 slice rye bread

double protein iced coffee

Vites: all in.

fluids: 90 oz
