L - hotdog or brat, salad,... not sure what else, we're grilling out and I have to make finger foods and sides Update: deviled eggs, chips & dip, bunless cheese burger with tomato and mayo

S - CarbSmart...maybe

evening batch: starting
EXERCITES:
cooking for a crowd and running after grandbabies

Happy labor day!! DH thinks that kids should be allowed to drive as they're clearly to blame for the traffic and maybe if they could drive... OK maybe not ;-)
Anyways I'm back and not doing very well kicking the carbs. Someone needs to invent Alli style tablets but for carbs instead of fat!! :-S

Bites:
B: 1/2 a bagel with cream cheese and 1/2 cup yogurt and 2 cups of coffee
L: chili with cheese
S: cucumber, meat and cheese, a deviled egg
D: bbq pork chop and ceaser salad
Vites: still have dinner and bedtime
Exercites: still doing something later this evening
Feeling: not to bad, unsure how it is going to go with the Dr, tomorrow morning in regards to vit d
I may just order them from vitalady if he will not give me a prescription for 50,000 ui

Totally blew today's eating....I confess.
Another busy day. Spent time in an urgent care clinic getting mess for a uti
B: bacon, protein shake
S: funnel cake
S: cheese
S: protein coffee
D: 1/2 hamburger (no bun), salad, tomato, avacado, few bites of potatoes
V: done
F: ok
E: two hours walking at an arts festival, hour in stores with DD, hour of pool time
Sounds like a mixed bag of good stuff and not so good stuff. I hope the rest of your week goes much better. : )
