I hope you have a nice holiday weekend!
Gina, I'm still losing just slowly now. Some days, I'm able to get in more protein and/or food than others. I seem to have started tolerating cheese now (which I'm thankful). How much is too much cheese? Yesterday I probably had close to 16oz of cheese alone. Is this ok? I'm not doing much meat these days, it doesn't sit well. The occasional bunless burger (like yesterday). Then fish. I always get my protein in just not from meat persay.
BITES: (DS WLS)
B - 3 sausage patties (33grams protein)
S - 3oz Colby Jack Cheese (18 grams protein)
S - Spagetti squash w/lots of Mozzerella & Parmesan Cheese (11 grams of protein estimated)
L - Blueberry Protein Shake (25grams protein) (Plain Protein, Stevia, Coconut & Blueberries)
S - 1 quart of Kale chips
D - FAGE yogurt w/Protein (40 grams of protein)
S - So Delicious No Sugar Added Ice Cream bar

I think cheese is fine until your system says different. Eggs are also a great source of protein and nutrients if you like them but your Bites look great today.

I am trying to log some with you guys to help myself with accountability :) My choices have been becoming emotional instead of nutritional BAD I feel I would rather not eat than eat something Good for me :(
Breakfast 1 c regular coffee with creamer and splenda
1/3 of a Klondike bar (bad start)
snack cheese wedge and 3 crackers
lunch chicken noodle protein soup packet getting my **** together
snack 2 fresh from the garden cucumbers :) with ranch veggies are always a winner
Dinner Steak fajita sm flour shell, meat, lettuce, sour cream, onion, tomato
snack protein shake (from my collection) I may need a double scoop
vits done except iron
exercise - walking and gardening

Good evening,
B: 2 coffee with creamer (French Vanilla)
and 1/2 bagel with laughing cow cheese wedge
S: omelet and small fruit cup ( at the restaurant)
S: shake with small can of pineapple, no juice and 1/2 almond milk and 1/2 coconut yogurt - forgot to add protein powder. So I will try it again tomorrow.
S: cheezies and diet pepsi ( I have this when we play scrabble)
D: wieners and beans
S: dessert size bowl of ice cream
Vites: increased my Vit D today
all in except bedtime
Excercites: walked around a mall with a friend
Feeling: still out of sorts, got another job interview on Tuesday, I sure hope I am feeling in the game by then. It has been a tough week. So glad about having a long weekend.
