Hello everyone My plan for today:
B: protein shake
S: 1/2 bagel and yogurt
L; steak and a few leftover perogies with sour cream
S: diet pepsi and cheezies
D: roast beef and beets
Vites: I have only taken morning ones so far
Exercites: for sure doing something today
Feelings: a little better then yesterday, so I hope that continues for the day.
If I have anything else I will add it this evening. I am planning on a good eating day today.

and my good intentions fall apart by 4pm, I am eating a bowl of cereal, after I just finished a bowl of ice cream. and supper is in an hour. I need to do something in the afternoons to take my mind off snacking. I am sticking with roast beef and beets for supper and I am boiling cabbage for supper to.

P.S. Gina should I wait til I get my eating under control before I post my food, I don't want to be a bad example for newbies. I am 8 years out and can't seem to get it together. Anyway let me know what you think.
I would do just as you are. Post your plan and then update. Maybe the prospect of having to post when you slip will help you stay on plan...a little external motivation, if you will.

Day 3 .....no sugar.
double protein coffee.
Egg salad w/ chopped up bacon.
Double protein iced coffee. Sunflower seeds. Tuna salad w/ egg on half a croissant. Pork rinds. Double protein iced coffee. Meatloaf. Tossed salad w/ carrots, cheese & Caesar dressing. Double protein iced coffee. Vites: bedtime batch pending. Fluids: lost count possibly 90 oz. ?
PC acting up. Took me 15 just to type this. Grrrrrr!
