S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries & slivered almonds, and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - brisket with a little gluten free gravy of some kind and tossed salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
none

Day two without candy or sugar.  I am unhappy, but will get through this.  cool

2 sausage patties on mini cheese biscuits

Cheese stick

Double protein iced coffee

Beef jerky

Tossed salad w/ Caesar dressing

I missed posting yesterday, so even if it is to late, here goes:

Bites:

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and some yogurt

L: tomato and bacon toasted sandwich

S: popcorn, and donut holes, protein shake

D: steak and baked potato with sour cream

Vites: all in

Excertise: walking in the city

Feelings: mostly depressed all day, had some stress tears and survived.

Total carb day today and my bowels are backed up because of it, I need to make better choices Thursday.
