Hi guys,
Today I meet with the dietician to go over my labs. The labs aren't bad overall but I have a couple of quirky things I'm not sure what to do with. High ferritin (350), and normal iron serum, hematocrit and hemaglobin but trending in the wrong direction.
 
Update: She wants me to only take Proferrin once a day and stop the carbonyl for 90 days and retest. 

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries & slivered almonds, and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
heme iron: pending
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
walking

Always a work in progress with our labs.   So, I have gained a few #'s and I want to nip it now and not when I'm 15/20#s of regain.  Sugar is my love, my passion. I usually have some form of candy each day, now I have to curb it.  Ugh........

It will definitely sneak up on you. Good idea to curb things back a little. Find some really nice organic dark chocolate for those moments when you HAVE to have sugar.

Good evening,

Bites;

B: protein shake

L: turkey bacon sandwich on WW and a lemonade

D: 2 eggs and bacon with 1 slice of toast

S: yogurt with some peaches in it

Vites; all in for the day, it is bedtime for me

Excerites: walked lots today all over the downtown area of the city.

Feeling: interviews went ok, I am not sure either of them is really my thing, but it was a good experience. Sorry to say I hope I don't get offered them. I will not tell hubby that though. Anyway I am doing ok,
