Has anyone tried these post-op? I just had one tonight with some melted cheese and a little reduced-sugar ketchup. I love it and my tummy seemed to agree with it.

(I loved them much better when I used to put them in a yummy french roll (LOL), but it was still good without the bread.)

These are in the frozen meat section. The steak is super thin and tender. It cooks in about a minute. Here is the nutritional information. Zero carbs and 5g of protein.

Thanks for a new idea for my food menu.  I havent had these in years.  It looks like a perfect choice for us DS'rs.  Quick, no carbs, good protien.  Great idea!

I actually bought something similar and haven't tried it yet. Glad it worked out for you. I can't wait to try it.

Yes, I've had them.  A little greasy, even after dabbing well with a paper towel, but satisfying.

I've been eating these for over a year with no problems. I use tortilla's to make a wrap or a slice of toast and eat them open faced, with lots of cheese. Good stuff.
