Wanted to chime in before bed. I just tried Greek yogurt, blueberries and slivered almonds. OMG! That's great stuff with and without a packet of Splenda. Fresh berries - nom nom nom!

This week is the dreaded monthly two-day meeting where everyone travels into the big city of Wichita from across the state and all we eat is crap. Someone brings crap in the morning, then someone brings crap for a mid-morning snack, then we have a decently healthy catered lunch, then it's more crap for an afternoon snack, then everyone goes for booze and we enjoy a dinner made for kings (on a budget, we are non-profit after all)....and that's only day one! Then it starts all over on day two when some bozo stops by the donut shop on the way to the meeting and brings in a couple dozen maple bacon donuts (local delicacy - ha!). Well, my plan is the Greek goodness I've recently discovered. Cheers to having a fridge in the office! Keep your donuts in the box and not on my thighs.

Ugh! Good luck at the meeting. They should make those things BYOC.
