Good Morning,

Beautiful Monday weather, so I plan on getting out in it.

Bites:

B: 2 coffee with creamer and

1/2 bagel with laughing cow cheese

1/2 cup strawberry greek yogurt

S: nothing

L: chicken omelet with a small fruit cup

S: cheezies and diet pepsi

D: sausage, beets, peas, a couple perogies ( I have been planning this meal for days, but last night had 2 hotdogs/no buns. So got to get this stuff cooked today.

Vites: breakfast in, so 3 more to go today

Excercites: some type of walking or biking this evening.

Feeling: odd I usually wake up hungry but not this last couple of days. And my focus is off, it is hard to explain, but overall ok, on a side note, I am going to talk to my old boss today about working weekends for him, and I will continue to look for full-time work.

Oh perogies!  I absolutely LOVE peirogies.  I love them sauteed in loads of onions and butter and dipped in sour cream.  I haven't had one since surgery :(  Now you have me craving them!!!!!

B2- leftover chicken in cream sauce, couple spoonfuls of peas

L- 1/2 hard salami and cheese sandwich on WW bread, glass of whole milk

S- protein shake and probably more cheese

D- grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing

S-probably cashews

Heads up: I've read a lot of stories of people stalling/gaining due to atkins bars.
