Do you have any plans for the weekend?  I may have to go in and work a few hours.  {sigh}  I'm also thinking we may see the grandbabies at some point...where is that son of mine?

L - leftovers from dinner...prime rib and baked tater

D - I think I want Popeye's popcorn shrimp tonight

Plans are walking round Sorrento. I've managed to buy some heavy cream for my protein shakes - YAY!! . I can't post properly from my phone though.

I'm pleased to report that there are plenty of options outside pizza and pasta, so I should survive yippee!

L: steamed New Zealand green lipped mussels, 1 raw radish

D: canned tuna and scallion omelette, fried tomato

S: 20g cheese, teaspoon of peanut butter, 2 pieces of unsweetened chocolate
