They make a change from work, but I just wish the meetings weren't such a carb fest!!

Boring is good sometimes. I find that a routine keeps me on track, even if it's the same food for a week.

BITES
B - sausage breakfast quiche (15g), hot double protein coffee (sipped all morning for better absorbtion) (60g)
S - sausage breakfast quiche (15g)
L - chicken breast w/BBQ rub (16g)
S - hot double protein coffee (sipped again) (60g)
D - chicken breast w/BBQ rub (comparing two brands of rub today) (16g)
TOTALS: fat 58, carbs 22, protein 188, calories 1,356

VITES
Changed up my schedule so now I take them four times a day rather than six. I didn't think we could absorb more than 600 mg of anything at once but after seeing the VitaLady list I'm thinking that was incorrect thinking. So I've combined my 600 mg of calcium with some other vites. Iron is still separate though. Two down, two to go.

EXERCITES
Just eating and drinking this much is a workout! But I need to keep it up since I'm feeling better. Don't want the couple of days with almost no food to knock me down even longer.

Bites look great!  

When I take calcium with the 2 big batches at the morning and evening, I always make sure the calcium is at the very end to give the others a fighting chance. I still have to take several calcium doses during the day but those 2 big batches have just about everything else but iron.

It's a rarity for me........didn't care about food today. Felt fine, just didn't feel hungry.

double protein

No breakfast

Chik-a fil sandwich w/ lettuce, tomato, mayo. Remove most of the bun

Sunflower seeds

Smal portion of meatloaf . 

2x2 pc of coffee cake
