Sorry about the boring Bites, I'm trying to get things back under control after vacation last week.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries & slivered almonds, and protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
D - North Carolina pork BBQ, green beans w/corn, cole slaw and corn bread (rerun)
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
walking

Thanks MajorMom!  Sadly I am 2 1/2 years out and still 40lbs away from goal, had major problems getting this last bit off due to, I think, my diabetes which isn't cured yet and the use of insulin.   Not giving up though.

Good morning,

Bites:

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and yogurt with a strawberries ( not crazy about the new yogurt DH got)

S; protein bar

L; chili at Tim Hortins

S: cheese and cracker sticks

D: tbd,

Vites: so far morning pills are in, still have lots to go

Exercites: maybe a walk, if I say it maybe I'll do it and be accountable.

Feeling: restless and the day has  hardly started for me. I'm having some head (thinking) issues that I am struggling with. I'm glad I see my counselor on Tuesday. I will probably share in my Saturday post.

Anyway wishing everyone a great Thursday.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I hope you were able to get out to walk today. It was warm here but got out there a couple of times.

Work party this afternoon - always a challenge! Should be fun though - I've arranged for us to have vouchers for a cool food truck park near the office - I'll be looking for the low carb delights!

Planned Bites:

D - assorted sashimi and sushi
S - protein shake
S - pork rinds/cheese

Vites: on it!
Cites: short walk to food trucks... LOL

Sounds like fun!  : )  My son used to create auto wrap designs that several food trucks around DC sport.  I hope you find your low carb options.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times... or put another way, it wasn't the best day or the worst one.  I was in an all day meeting so at the mercy of what was available.

I probably won't post much for the next week as I'll be in Italia!! :-D
