I gotta dash today as I had 3 showers!!  Usual one in the morning, one after work but pre-leg wax and one after the leg wax.  I've never been so sticky after a leg wax!!  I'm usually about as sticky as I feel now after my apres leg wax shower after a normal leg wax without the 3rd shower - ugh, that'll teach me to try a different salon!!

I have no idea, but I won't be going back.  I even had to put my skirt in the wa**** was so sticky and I've never had that before.

Gina - I added a dash of cinnamon to my hot protein coffee for the first time today. Yum! Thanks for the suggestion!

Unfortunately, I'm sick today (pretty sure it's the summer flu) so I probably won't eat much of anything. Maybe I'll try soup. I slept until noon! So I missed my first two batches of vites but I'll choke them down as I sip my protein drinks. Well, it's back to day-time TV and resting. I can't believe these shows are so bad! Thank God I have a job. I wish there were a Law and Order marathon or something.

I'm glad you like the cinnamon in your protein coffee. When it gets cooler and you want hot protein chocolate, a little dash of cinnamon in cocoa is good too.

Hello!  Having a pretty good day...3 days back on track and I feel so much better!  We may not have the 'dumping' of RNYers but the gas pain & bloating from eating sugar & simple carbs is definitely a deterrent.  I wish I could remember that all the time!

Ouch...Huneypie!  I am too 'chicken' to have leg-waxing done!  Good for you!

Talk about waxing.....I would much rather experience wax being ripped off my legs than my "who-ha".  How do women do it?  Brazilian or otherwise.  No way!!!
