Howdy! Just couldn't choke down my protein coffee this morning so I'm trying to get in extra food.

BITES (DS weight loss mode)
B - sausage quiche (15g)
S - shrimp ****tail (18g), V8 (for potassium but also 1g protein, low sodium has the most potassium)
L - chili (13g)
S - shrimp ****tail (18g), V8 (1g)
D - pizza quiche (24g)
S - hot protein coffee (30g)
TOTAL: 70 fat, 58 carb, 123 protein, 1,359 calories

VITES:
2 High ADEK Multi
100k IU Vit A
400 mg Potassium
1800 mg Calcium
240 mg Iron

EXERCITES
Feeling wore out so I'm working from home and trying to rest a bit. Back to traveling tomorrow. The driving is what wears me out most. Weird. Oh, and I MUST take my vites with me. Forgot them on my last trip and paid for it in exhaustion.

Your Bites look awesome! Keep after those Vites. It might be time to increase the iron and add B12. How much vitamin D are you getting in those ADEKs?

I do have the chewable B12 pills. Stopped taking them pre-op (can't remember why) but I'll dig them out again. Good call! I also got the 600,000 IU Vit D shot the day before surgery. Haven't gotten my first labs yet so I'm starting with a good dose of the basics and will add the uncommon things once I get lab results. But I'm starting the B12 today! Maybe I'll order a B-Complex next. Thanks Gina!

Hmm... working on getting to see Tony Robbins in London next year, but it's EXPENSIVE and DH isn't impressed with my costly DS life (starting with surgery costs and now protein and vits!!) - hmm... have to catch him at a good time!! ;-)

Ok, I am interweb challanged.........what is proper protocol, if I am asked a question on vites & bites on Monday, is it acceptable to respond with my Tuesday post?
