After a whole weekend of not eating 'not chicken' I have slipped back. Given I don't eat much red meat, not eating chicken is a challenge as a DSer. I do eat red meat when it looks less like what it used to be, ie burgers and sausages - not the best I know, but I'm an ex-veggie fer gawd's sake!! ;-)

OK...had a REALLY BAD weekend! Cheesecake pie, cookies, birthday cake, chips, etc... I did get all of my protein in & had good fat levels....but just too much of everything else. Although, in my defense (if I have one...), I use to eat 1/2 of the cheesecake pie in a day....I only had 1/10 of a slice & could not even fini**** before it got to be 'too sweet'! Glad I don't seem to enjoy it like I use too...
Back on the bandwagon with you!

Good evening,
Bites:
B: 1/2 a bagel and cream cheese with 1 cup yogurt
S: mixed nuts
L: chicken ceaser salad, with a couple carrots, cucumber and cheese slices
S: protein bar
D: hamburger helper made with turkey meat, didn't have much
S: ice cream with some cherry syrup from a friend
Vites: all in except bedtime
Exercites: planning on going for a bike ride
I am feeling kind of frustrated nothing is tasting good except breakfast, I just thought I would change things up for a few days, I am sick of protein shakes and 1/2 a bagel can't be that bad, right? Otherwise I am just tired, it has been a long day
