I said I'd give you feedback on the micro dermabrasion kit I bought.  Well I'm returning it as it didn't do too much for my skin.  When I get back from Italy I'm going to order some 25% glycolic acid and I'll try that on my forehead as I have a fringe (bangs in the US?) and that should cover any dead/peeling skin.

I do think cutting back on my zinc has messed with my skin.  I'm still waiting on the copper blood test results, which I'm hoping for any day now.  Who'da thought my skin would errupt at a year out!! :-S  Oh well I still have options I've not tried yet, so I still am optimistic about finding something that'll work for me.

If the copper isn't low then it may be fine to boost the zinc back up. Vitamin A was good, right?  I can't imagine what could be causing your skin to break out.

They didn't do vitamin A in my recent mini labs so I'll watch out for that when I get my upcoming full results.

Coconut Oil is talked about for Acne.  Use it to take your makeup off, then use Witch Hazel, then you can use it again lightly as a Moisturizer.  It's anti-microbial.  It will take some time, give it at least 2 weeks.

Good afternoon/

Bites:  snack day today and ended up with ribs last night for supper

today

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and 1/2 cup yogurt

S: Cucumbers slices, celery and pb, deviled egg

L: 1/2 chicken breast and salad

S; carrots and more veggies

D: TBD

Vites going to take supper ones soon

Exercites: nothing today

Had to get up at 2am and go pick my drunk son up from the city, glad he didn't drive. So I am tired today and my mood is a little  down.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
