They are a good 20 oz and it still takes me quite awhile to drink them. I just sip on them all morning and take my vitamins slowly.

I do tend to count the 1/2 & 1/2 and the coffee towards my daily total now but I get more than 64oz a day. In the beginning I tried to get 64oz in clear liquids. It was hard! When you're in full blast ketosis it's better to get those clear liquids going. I drank a lot of watered down diet cranberry juice, ice water with lime, and iced herbal tea. I don't think I was drinking 120 grams in protein coffees/shakes early out. I probably didn't start doing that until a year post-op.

That's a relief that it took you a while to get all of that in.. I'm trying so hard to drink the morning and night protein shake they want me to plus the 64oz (only made it once), but I so far only get to 50oz a day and the morning shake with a few attempts at soft food protein during the day. I haven't been able to get the night shake in because by the time I get up to 50oz of fluid its bed time.

Lowish protein day for me, but I was determined to avoid chicken!! I may have an extra protein shake before bed - I'll see how I feel.
