What b-12 do you use??

I am needing to get started on my B-12 and I wanted to get some opinions on what everyone uses :) and where they buy it!

I use Bariatric Advantage Cherry Sublingual B12. I take one per day.

First goal 120.0: 12/7/13 Final goal 115.0 (114.6): 2/6/14

I use Celebrate B-12, melts very quickly.

I use sundown super potency sublingual 6,000 mcg, take one tablet 3xs a weeks and last week my vb12 level was >1200, I think I am taking enough-LOL am going to drop it down to 2xs a week. you get get them BOGO also and stock up. it is actually much better, easier than when i was getting injections every month....and there is not one documented case of vb12 toxicity...pee it out...

I haven't had Ds but had rny in 2000 my b12 was at 120. My dr said she had never seen tnat except in a true Vegan. I was taking sublingual but it wasn't working so for the last 13 years I give myself a shot once a weeks.
