Cheese 9g (depending on how much you want)
peperoni 2-5 grams (depending on how many you want)
sauce- 1g
So around 15-18g.
I drink two to three shakes a day so this is acceptable for me. Still not bad. If you are really wanting some pizza though and do not want to be on the toilet paying for it. It is a great way to have some pizza!
