DS or Sleeve? BMI only 39.2

If i can chime in,

I decided to go with the DS for one reason only, insurance. My insurance carrier will NOT cover more than one WLS, but they will cover revisions due to complications. For me, this meant that if i wanted to go from the sleeve to the ds (for possible reasons such as weight regain or non effectiveness), i wouldnt be able to. With the ds, it is partially reversible (sort of), so if i have too many issues, i can have a revision to change the malabsorbtion portion because it would be due to complication, does that make sense? My surgeon suggested the sleeve but said i was also a good candidate for the DS, so i chose the DS.
