I went to the hospital and my eye has been pronounced better.  Now I just have to make an appointment with the optician this weekend before getting the all clear to wear lenses again.

Good news!  I know'll be glad to lose the glasses.

Would you check the thread here called Calcium & Magnesium? There's a question about taking Bone Up with other calcium supplements. Thanks.

Hi Gina,
Made it through the work day. DH is coming down with the cold ow.
I'm eating things I haven't eaten in years and enjoying .

Poor hubby!  I hate summer colds. Great news about you being able to eat more variety without issues. Yeah! Finally!

Good evening,

Bites:

B: protein shake with pumpkin in it

S: protein bar

L: chef salad

D: beef stir fry and green bean, with cucumber and tomato

Vites: all in except bedtime

Exercites: a bit of housework

Started a digestive enzyme today and it seems ok, next I will start a probiotic.

I am trying a Chris Powell eating plan, low carbs one day and higher carbs the next but it requires you to eat 5 meals a day and I don't think I can eat the recommended amounts. I was still full from lunch when I had to eat the dinner, every 3 hours you have to eat.

I have lost 10lbs over the last couple months on my own, but I am so worried about gaining it back that I don't trust myself with my food decisions. I want to lose a bit more but I feel like I have no direction if I am not following a diet plan, Akins or this one now. I need some encouragement, please help.
