p.s.- Someone just wrote to stay away from gel capsules. Is this correct also?
Thanks for any help!

Our bodies store vitamins 2 different ways- fat soluble vitamins, A, D, E, K- are stored in the fat in our bodies. Water soluble vitamins are stored in fluid, and are metabolized and excreted quckly from the body- vitamin C and B vitamins. Because we absorb LESS fat after DS, we need to frequently replenish the fat soluble vitamins, which we usually store for a longer length of time.
I also read that about the gel caps, but I don't have any info on that!
Avoid gel caps and get your vites in dry form. If you buy from Vitalady she sells the correct forms for DSers.

You can also find dry A, E and K1 and K2 on www.luckyvitamin.com . I love VItalady, but right now, I just can't pay her prices. Maybe for 1 or 2 that I can't get elsewhere in the potency DSer's need, but not the whole DS program.
I get my D3 50,000 IU on eBay (yes, they have lots of stuff we DSer's use!)
Yes, stay away from gel capsules. They are also oil filled, and you would not absorb anything from them.
All A, D, E and K vitamins we take must be in dry water soluble/miscible form, or injectable.
