1/2 roast beef sandwich w/cheese, mayo, pickle on rye toast

few chips

tossed salad w/ceasar dressing

double protein iced coffee

cookie

greek yogurt w/a drizzle of honey

chicken kabobs on our grill

few bites of wild rice

home made s'more

double protein iced coffee

vites:  all down the hatch

fluids:  a most excellent 100+ oz

Hello! 9 Weeks OUt

B: Coffee Protein made with 1% lactade milk 35 grams

B2: 8.5 oz Mucle Milk Light

S: Baby Bell Cheese and 5 Turkey Pepperoni

L: Stir Fried Shrimp over a Gorgonzala (spelling) salad, minus walnuts.  I only consumed the 8 shrimp and little lettuce with Basalmic Vinegrette dressing

D: 2 Trader Joes Chicken Strips, with steamed Veggis
