Yay TGIF!! :-D

I gotta get my butt moving.  Been listening to some Tony Robbins CDs (Get The Edge an older set - good none the less).  I gotta do it in the AM as that's the only time I ever stuck to a program.  I'm prepared to get up at 05:00, 30 mins earlier on a work day... I gotta do this - I'm done with coasting!!

Good luck with your Tony Robbins CDs. Your Bites are awesome. Maybe shake things up slightly this weekend, then right back on track.

Good afternoon, my fellow losers :)

Not my most stellar protein day - but there's still hours left in the day to cram some more protein in!!

B - insides of 1/2 a steak, egg, cheese burrito with a lil sour cream (24g)

S - Sunflower seeds (9g)

L - beef and fish with a few veggies mongolian grill (20g?????)

S - iced sf vanilla coffee from Starbucks

D - Homemade smoked chicken (24g)

S - Protein coffee (24g)

I found a whole health/organic grocery in my town (everyone has been talking about it.) They have coconut flour, all the different types of milks..it is a beautiful place for DSers to shop. The only thing I really really wanted to find though other than Ezekiel bread was some really low carb dark chocolate. I AM GOING CRAZY~ I found some chocolate soy milk instead hehe.

I also bought some buffalo meat, chicken sausage and Talapia. Cannot wait to try them.

L- protein shake, half piece of Ezekiel bread with mayo, half piece of white American cheese and ham. 

D- zuchinni pepperoni pizza

S- protein shake

I found that dark organic chocolate was best. Deep rich natural chocolate scratches the itch perfectly.

They all had pretty high carbs in em. everthing was between 14 and 30. =(((( I want CHOCOLATE!

Go ahead and scratch the chocolate itch but pick the highest quality dark organic chocolate you can find. You won't eat that much--promise.
