The Star Trek movie was awesome. Enjoyed the buttered popcorn...could have used more butter.

I've not been to the movies in quite a few years.  The last time was to see Indiana Jones which was released in 2008!!  We got terrible seats and just decided it wasn't worth it.  Glad you enjoyed your movie though.

Did a little tidying and quite a lot of laundry.  I'll have to do more tidying in the week in prep for my parents' arrival this coming weekend.

I had to Google pork escalope. lol  I know what to call shake and don't bake pork chops now.

I watched a video on how to make pork escalope.  It looks like pork schnitzel minus the cream sauce. 

Now I know what to do with those pork loin chops that are so lean and healthy (dry and tasteless).  Excellent recipe.

Does popcorn not cause bathroom issues? It's a simple carb right? Maybe since it's covered in butter it doesn't? So is that the answer - add fat to carbs to help avoid bathroom issues? So many questions.

Actually popcorn is a complex carb, but you're right, butter helps with some bathroom reactions for some reason.  : )

Good evening,

B1: protein shake with 2 strawberries

B2: 2 sausages and creamcheese pancakes'

L: quarter pounder with cheese, a few fries and a rootbeer

D: sausage and a little mac n cheese

I have had gas for two day and I know it is from the carbs, so today is the last day I am going to have any for the week and see if that helps. I am so tired of bathroom issues, some days anyway, and I get them because of what I eat. I will beat the carb monster yet, once you start it is hard to let go again.

VItes: all in except bedtime

Exercites: day off today

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
