If I need to mix a beverage with a dairy which is better heavy whipping cream or half and half?

Heavy whipping cream has almost no carbs. I mix equal parts cream and water..about 2 oz of each for a base.

Heavy whipping cream also has less lactose than 1/2 N 1/2.  If you are lactose intolerant, heavy cream will be tolerated much better.
