It is working, a lady at work today commented that I was the incredible shrinking woman. By the way nobody at work knows about the surgery.

Another question, will all this  protein we are eating be bad for our kidneys?

We're only processing about 50% of the protein we're eating and probably not eating very much before that. I think our kidneys are safe.

The WOWs will keep coming. Enjoy!

Yep and taking lots of calcium will also help prevent kidney stones.

Oh and avoiding oxalates will also help.  FYI calcium binds the oxalates in foods so they pass straight through you.
