I ate the bones!!!!!
Just kidding! So 95% of the time, I pack my own lunch so I know what I am eating...protein, fat, calories, carbs, etc....yes I track it all everyday!! I am an accountant and I LOVE spreadsheets!! Anywho, I was without lunch today, so I went to KFC & got 2 boneless original recipe chicken pieces, not the meal, just the pieces. SO GOOOD! For 2, they have 45 g of protein!!! 15g net carbs, 22g fat, & 450 calories if you are interested. I ate one & then about an hour later I ate the other. They are not big, but didn't want to eat too much at one time!
I cannot eat white meat take-out restaurant chicken from KFC or anywhere else. I used to love KFC Original chicken breast, not the strips, the bone-in breast pieces.
When I drink, it swells, sometimes to the point of me "losing my lunch/dinner".
White meat chicken, cooked at home, by me, whether it's baked, broiled, fried or barbecued, does not have the same effect.
When this happens I have usually had about half the piece., meat only, which I'd say is about 3 oz. by weight.
I think my stomach has stretched as much as it's going to at 4+ years out, and I wouldn't want it to stretch anymore.
Sometimes I am totally astounded by what I eat, other times I can barely eat.
