Good evening, I'm back from my trip and happy to be home. May have a bug I have had diarrhea for the last 2 1/2 days.

B : protein shake

S: small cherry greek yogurt

L: ham on cloud bread and 5 mini tomatoes

S: protein bar

D; roast beef with mushroom and onions with gravy and a bit of salad

S: another protein shake and later a cup of herbal tea.

Vites: all in except bedtime

Exercites: none need to stay close the the bathroom

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

calcium is binding me up.  what do i add, magnesium citrate? how much do I take?  tyvm.

Dry magnesium oxide to help you poo.  Dry magnesium citrate to help your bones. Liquid mag cit is the bowel cleanse. Crazy, right?
