S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (30g)
S - Babybel cheese
S - JayRobb protein bar

L - protein shake (30g)
S - snack size popcorn
D - leftovers...BBQ roast pork, green beans and corn, rice and cornbread
S - NutThins


VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Monday to all.  Surgery bright and early tomorrow morning.  I am SO ready to be rid of this extra skin!  

 

B- protein coffee

S- 2 eggs, 2 slices of smoked gouda, 4 pieces bacon

L- BLTE- bacon, lettuce, tomato, egg & mayo on 1 piece whole grain bread

S- cashews

S- cheese & salami

D- ?  Havent thought this far

S- protein milkshake

 

Vites- all in except lunch batch held for surgery, plus 3 doses of Arnica

Fluids- all in

Exercise- just walking, dont wanna risk sore muscles on top of surgical recovery, haha

Not normally one to eat chicken leg, but it's what they had at the canteen I was at today (I visited a different office).  Chicken and veggies were dripping in oil - yum!!  I love my DS! :-D

L - Chicken saag, 2 pieces of paneer pakora and 1 piece vegetable pakora (20g)

D - Smoked sirloin and edamame (33g)

Vites - AM In, PM Pending

(impatiently awaiting results of blood work from last week to see where I am and find out what needs to be tweaked)

Exercites - Water aerobics

And while I'm there I'm going to check out the schedule to see if there are any land classes that appeal to me.  I feel the need and ability to move more!!!
