So excited!
Never thought I'd be excited about a surgery but yay! Hernia repair on Monday!! My bloodwork and EKG came back "acceptable" according to my PCP, so unless they find something in my pre-op on Friday, should be good to go.
I'll finally be able to buy smaller pants and know what size I really am. I'm so tired of walking around looking like I'm pregnant and having to dress in loose tops to try to hide it. I'm finally down to where I was when I started my job almost 19 years ago (i.e., I haven't been this healthy in *19 YEARS*) and I want to dress like it!
I'm a little scared about the actual pain, but it will soooooo be worth it!

P.S. Extra thanks to MajorMom for going over my labs!! Once I started researching, I can see how everything ties together and now I know what I need to do to get straightened out. Very cool!
