No Pre-Op Diet
I had Dr. Boyce who normally requires one but I was too close to the bottom end of the cutoff (was 35.2). My husband, (a Dr. Pomp patient) also did not have a pre-op diet...and he was very close to a 40 BMI.
Not all surgeons require them.

Not a Dr Stewart patient, but I didn't have a pre-op diet - not even bowel prep!!

Virgin DSer here. My surgeon didn't require a pre-op diet. I did, however, low-carb a few weeks before my operation and lost about 20#.
