Don't like the time change!!
I've been relatively disgruntled and grouchy all day. Ugh

B: bacon, protein shake, 1 strawberry
S: almonds
L: protein shake, cheese, salami, 1 cookie
S: cheese
D: leftover chilli, few crackers with butter

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: work and dance practice tonight (would really prefer NOT to go)

I feel your pain. Ugh!  Try to enjoy dance practice, it will feel good when you can crawl into bed tonight.

the double up on calcium and iron is really stopping me up.  upping fat and fluids to see if it helps.   

double protein coffee

2slices deli ham

hard boiled egg

macadamia nuts

double protein coffee

few doritos

mini carrots

1/2 samich w/tons of bacon, american cheese melted on rye toast

chocolate cupcake - sans frosting

double protein coffee

fried egg

spam

more bacon

few cheese fries

double protein coffee

2 saltines with 1/2 tbsp butter on each

vites:  all in

fluilds:  90+ oz

When I had to double my calcium I tried Citracal at first.--definite no-go. I switched to Vitalady's calcium citrate only capsule and all is good now. May have been the fillers in the Citracal.

Nice Bites. I'm traveling the rest of the week and plan to take macadamia nuts to munch on in the car. The good thing is they are so rich I can't eat all that many.  ;-)
