Hi Gina - I finally posted my labs. Apparently vitamin A is going to take another month to come as the send it to another hospital and only process it when they have a few vit As to do!! :-S
I think I'm going to have to do sunbeds for my vit D as that's still going down. I'm going on hol in a couple of weeks so I hope to get some serious sun then (not burning or anything - I don't do that).
I hope your dinner's nice. That really isn't a lot of eating today otherwise!! :-S

I hope they get enough requests for vitamin A to hurry yours along. Well, the ideal for bringing D up with tanning is no more than 6 - 8 minutes once or twice a week. Good luck. Maybe increasing your K2 will also help the D3 like Julie's has.

vit: just about done for the day, forgot to take them to work so playing catch with them
(Smokies is that something we can eat, they have lots of fat in them but not sure if it is something we should be eating?)

Are you talking about the Lil Smokies as in the party sausage treat? They definitely have a lot of fat in them and I can usually tell my DS is still working if i eat them.

Well today was a BAD food day. Way too many carbs, way too little protein. NEVER should have bought chips and dip. I always think I'm going to eat a few, but once I eat one I cannot stop. They are so right when they say they only do surgery on your stomach, not your brain! But it is what it is and all I can do is try to get back on plan tomorrow.
B- 1/2 of a McDonalds bacon/egg/cheese bagel....and that included 1/2 the bagel
L- tomato soup with lots of shredded cheese, couple crackers
S- chips and dip, small glass of milk
D- small piece of chicken wrapped in bacon dipped in honey mustard sauce, low-sugar applesauce cup
