S - macadamia nuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - NutThins and cheese
D - Old Bay rub chicken tenders and a salad with ranch dressing
S -

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
walking

I was a saint yesterday (got in >170g carbs plus well over 80oz of mostly water) and I'm up 1.25lb today - WTH?  I guess I'm going through a stally phase (stall would be better than gaining!!).  Oh well I'll stop whining now - I know most go through this at some point.  Thanks for listening/reading though he he!! ;-)

I'm guessing you meant >170 in protein? I sure don't see >170 in carbs.

S - Tofu puffs stuffed with chicken salad

I've missed a couple of days of posts, but was crazy busy between working two jobs & planning one quick wedding.  I've got about two minutes right now . . .

Update:  I lost 4.8 pounds this past week.  I know some the first week is always water weight, but I still call that factory.  My clothes that were a wee bit tight last week now fit perfectly.

 

Had a lot of coffee with a lot of heavy cream & splenda

Throughout today, I've had about 1 pound of beef mixed with 1/3 can of manwich & half & half.

Had 2 eggs today & 2 servings of cheese

Will likely have some other protein snack before bed.
