Good Morning! It is so good to be home!!! I have to focus on protein like never before. I'm starting the day out right, up early w/protein yogurt.

OK, so I weigh myself every Friday and this morning the scale says I lost 9 pounds! WTF? I don't believe it so I'm not posting this change until next week to see if it's real... I'm off to Bodega Bay for a girls weekend! So excited to get out... but a bit nervous to share a bathroom for the first time since surgery. I've got my poo-pourrie and sprays handy - wish me luck!

I am wondering if I am taking in to much fruit? Weightloss is not happening at all, maybe I am just eating to much, help
