Mdance practice ran 2 1/2 hrs last night. I'm still tired.
Snowed today...the first of the winter, it'll be gone tomorrow,
Need to get a handle on the carbs. Found myself contemplating weigh****chers.

Trail mix
Pumpkin bread
Brok's pizza

E: work, grocery and valentine's shopping
Now see, if you danced every night like that you could have a muffin. So, just have a muffin on the days you have dance practice. {do-as-I say-not-as-I-do advice} lol

think this was was the exact same lunch as yesterday. rofl.
pork chop
brown rice
peas
double protein coffee
vites: all in for the day
fluids: 80+ oz by bedtime

It was so nice. I got outside and walked twice. Today, snow and rain mix all afternoon. Rats! Give me pure snow.

Cream Cheese pancakes,butter, syrup
8 pc bacon
1 cup egg salad
green salad with braised chicken
Dreamfield spaghetti cooked in chicken broth/fat with onions and parmesan cheese
1 cup cottage cheese with peach
beef broccolli and some sweet sour pork
SF choc pudding (1/2&1/2)
Vites: y
Cites: very nice SF weather with comp days off (from covering for others at work during flu season) so many dog walks and hooping at Presidio.
