Well it's pancake day here (in the US too?) and I've got more creative with mine by adding raisins to some (in the batter when I cook them) and having them with PB&J!

It's pancake day here too and I toyed with the idea of making GF blueberry pancakes tonight but talked myself out of it. lol Your Bites sound awesome and a much better version of pancakes than I would have done.

Since I am home all day and couch potatoing it I will put my bites down as I go in some attempt to stay on track. So there will be edits.

Atkins bar with 17 protein and 2 net carbs.
Greek yogurt flavored/sweetened with SF strawberry jelly (Smuckers) and Splenda
Brok's Pizza dipped in a little Ranch Dressing.
