D - GF spaghetti with hot Italian sausage and marinara sauce

omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

Your dinner sounds yum.

Well it's pancake day here (in the US too?) and I've got more creative with mine by adding raisins to some (in the batter when I cook them) and having them with PB&J!

It's pancake day here too and I toyed with the idea of making GF blueberry pancakes tonight but talked myself out of it.  lol  Your Bites sound awesome and a much better version of pancakes than I would have done.

L - Cream Cheese Pancakes (No Clue)  I need to go to Huneypie's school of cooking though! Didn't quite turn out right LOL!

Since I am home all day and couch potatoing it I will put my bites down as I go in some attempt to stay on track.  So there will be edits.

6 slices bacon, 3 fried eggs

Atkins bar with 17 protein and 2 net carbs.

Greek yogurt flavored/sweetened with SF strawberry jelly (Smuckers) and Splenda

Brok's Pizza dipped in a little Ranch Dressing.
