Hi GIna,
Survived the weekend. DGD is better but is going to the eye doctor tomorrow. I patched her eye this morning. We watched the volleyball match even though she couldn't pay.
Not a good eating day....I confess.

Part of a ham, cheese and veggie omelette,toast
Pumpkin bread
Cheese toast
Trail mix
Protein shake
Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, green beans

I hope she's going to get better quickly. What a bummer for her weekend.

Hi guys.  Late posting.  Worked late and despite packing lots of healthy snacks, I was just so busy that I didn't even take a lunch or stop to eat.  Still having a hard time balancing eating while at work. 

B: 1/4 of a leftover BBQ chicken breast, 4 baby carrots in dip

L: nothing

D: 4 chicken wings dipped in ranch

S: cheese stick, couple sunflower seeds

S: Adkins bar (15g) 

Vites: missed 2 batches!

Fluids: not very good today either :(

HW: 274.5 -- SW: 266 -- GW: 130?

It takes some time to get the hang of mixing work and eating and drinking.  If eating is too difficult, just concentrate on fluids first.
