I really haven't been eating carbs since Thanksgiving and I've lost a good 15 lbs I think.  It is the last 5 that are stubborn.  I would love to find a friend to hang out with as my life is pretty lonely.  I don't see people very often at all.  I need to make some friends and I also need to get some students.  I love teaching and I am good at it, I just don't have a location to teach where people will come.  They don't want to drive to the location where I can teach.  This summer I am going to offer to teach outside at local parks and see if that gets me any more students.

great day.  stayed inside, in my jammies and played in my craft room all day. yay!!!

big breakfast

2 scrambled eggs

double protein coffee

scrapple samich - 3 pc scrapple, ame cheese on 1 slice rye toast

almonds

hubs famous bacon cheeseburgers - no bun

few cheese fries

slice pumpkin bread

made val's ricotta fluff - vanilla sugar free pudding - so good - been a long time since i made/ate this

double protein coffee

more bacon

double protein coffee

later on tonight:  probably popcorn

vites:  waiting on bedtime batch

fluids:  close to 90 oz

Going to post late.....I'm like you and Becky. I was thinking about dusting off my recumbent bike..

Not a good day in general yesterday. Drove to Tulsa for a weekend volleyball tournament. Checked into the hotel....brand new and nice. Ate a part of a cheeseburger for lunch then up chucked later. ????
DGD irritated her eyes with contacts in a real bad way. Couldn't play and DD had to take her to an urgent care place,

By this time it's 8p, I'm starving and no one can decide on a place for dinner that doesn't have a hour wait...did I mention I was in pain all day too.

Anyway, this'll be a better day. All things considering, my eating was not bad.

Part of a cheeseburger, few fries.
