***Saturday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
I really haven't been eating carbs since Thanksgiving and I've lost a good 15 lbs I think. It is the last 5 that are stubborn. I would love to find a friend to hang out with as my life is pretty lonely. I don't see people very often at all. I need to make some friends and I also need to get some students. I love teaching and I am good at it, I just don't have a location to teach where people will come. They don't want to drive to the location where I can teach. This summer I am going to offer to teach outside at local parks and see if that gets me any more students.

Going to post late.....I'm like you and Becky. I was thinking about dusting off my recumbent bike..
Not a good day in general yesterday. Drove to Tulsa for a weekend volleyball tournament. Checked into the hotel....brand new and nice. Ate a part of a cheeseburger for lunch then up chucked later. ????
DGD irritated her eyes with contacts in a real bad way. Couldn't play and DD had to take her to an urgent care place,
By this time it's 8p, I'm starving and no one can decide on a place for dinner that doesn't have a hour wait...did I mention I was in pain all day too.
Anyway, this'll be a better day. All things considering, my eating was not bad.
