D - Going out -- chocolate martini and crab cake...a few little fries

Dog enforced exercise - nice!! I'd probably only want a dog in the nice weather though - I've happily dog sat in the summer! :-D

I was robbed with the ribs - the pack said 33g protein, but as it was mostly bones I feel that 20g is a fairer number!!

Sorry it's not cooking, but I'm gonna have to learn as this method is expensive plus I need a change (they sell a lot of variants of similar chicken). It comes in a foil dish so all I have to do is pre-heat the oven, remove the plastic film and put a timer on for the necessary amount of time.
