Going out to dinner and support group tonight, so feel free to encourage each other as you post your Bites.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and another protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb protein bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - Going out -- chocolate martini and crab cake...a few little fries

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done

EXERCITES:
none

Dog enforced exercise - nice!!  I'd probably only want a dog in the nice weather though - I've happily dog sat in the summer! :-D

I was robbed with the ribs - the pack said 33g protein, but as it was mostly bones I feel that 20g is a fairer number!! blush

Would you mind sharing how you make your cheesy chicken.  I notice that you eat it frequently, and am just wondering if it's some type of recipe you use.

Sorry it's not cooking, but I'm gonna have to learn as this method is expensive plus I need a change (they sell a lot of variants of similar chicken).  It comes in a foil dish so all I have to do is pre-heat the oven, remove the plastic film and put a timer on for the necessary amount of time.

M1: Protein Coffee Shake
M1.5: deep fried steak (okay I didn't eat much of it but I can have the rest later.
M2: 5 chicken wingettes plain/unbreaded
M3:Protein Shake
M4: Steak remnants
M5: Protein Shake

Cites: walk a mile in my shoes...😜
Vites: Yes gonna take them. Got a bit off track in the last week or so. Going to regroup and get'r done!
