I just tried protein coffee for the1st time and I totally heart it! I also made Broks pizza and have been eating it over the last few days - yummy!
I'm so thankful for the regularity of this post as it gives me great ideas on how to eat... I'm still so new to switch part of the DS that I appreciate all the tips I can get!
Perhaps I will join in and post my meals - it's such a fine way to share ideas and stay accountable... Peace and blessings to you all on this cold rainy San Francisco Christmas morning.

Jensch - you should join in. I think I'd never get round to adding up how much protein I have and then who knows where I'd be!! This definitely helps me to lean more towards protein heavy foods.

Merry Christmas everyone.
Still having a tough time with protein just can't seem to find anything that clicks with me. I'm thinking its just my taste buds right now. I made a regular decaf coffee and a fuzzy navel protein shake at 7 am this morning and I'm still sipping on the same ole shack :( Hoping it will get easier when something tastes good again.
