L: Boston Market small Caesar salad ( no dressing, no croutons, with lightly sauced pulled bbq chicken)

D:Steak

Supper: Orange Creamsicle protein shake. 52g

Snack: peanut butter protein shake. 52g



Will walk today, either at the Bariatric Center gym if they're open or at the mosque if the gym isn't open.

I walked around the mosque.  It's large so it must have been at least 1/2 mile.  It's the largest mosque in North America... I ate left over chicken kebabs for 2nd breakfast. Then 1 piece of fried chicken for lunch and 1 piece of fried chicken for dinner.  A orange creamsicle protein shake and gonna have a protein coffee in an hour or so.

Ok- here goes! 3 weeks out today and stalled for the last week...

B- protein coffee 27g
S- 1oz cheese and handful mixes nuts 10g
L- cheesy eggs w/sliced cucumber 32g
S-?
D- left over crab w/tarter sauce and cauliflower mash 15g
S- Greek yogurt if hungry

Did 35 mins on elliptical
