Once you get the next batch done ... also post what you are taking currently including doses/brands. It'll help us pinpoint what you need to do.

First up, calcium and vitamin D are going to need some attention. :)

i have a call into vita lady for some intervention. hoping to get my hands on some new vitamins and up doses for sure. i am so sick, i dont have the energy to type any more labs. im exhausted am to pm, bloated and weak. and im out of town till monday so i am doing a lot of hotel time resting. started a gluten free today...maybe that will help with this crazy bloating. and i woke up today with such swollen hands i could not get my rings on. i have never in 6 years had swollen hands. i dont get it. i had a steak for dinner last night...nothing salty.hmmmmm we shall see what this food elimination process does...this is all a bit much...having crying spells a lot. grrrr

You might try a probiotic if you are bloating up. I'd also work on getting in more water, less caffeine. Gluten can cause issues with people.

You don't mention what you are currently taking ... the low energy may be B deficiencies and that can cause a LOT of issues.
