OMG I had too much fat yesterday - I got up too many times last night and you know the saying 'the bottom's dropped out of my world'... well for me it feels like the world's dropped out of my... well you know what I mean!!
My skin's getting flaky on my chin again though it's such a fine line - I'm going to have to start using a heavier moisturizer again. There are far worse problems to have so I can't really complain!! ;)

What a day. GF was in downtown San Jose and witnessed an SUV drive in front of a light rail and get smashed. She lost it, probably because members of her family were in a very bad car accident a few months ago. Had to leave work and drive down to pick her up because she was so shook up she couldn't drive. So that is the bad news
The good news is that coming back to ObesityHelp.com for support has been successful. Paid much more attention to my diet by posting on the Bites, Vites and Exercites thread. Happy to report that as of today all of the re-gained weight is gone. So thank you Gina and everyone else who has been supportive and welcoming.
Bites:
2 slabs of ham, 2 fried eggs
McDouble with one pc of bun
2 pcs Mr. Hemp bread (cinnamon pecan blueberry)
3 cheese sticks, raw veggies with cream cheese/shrimp dip
bowl of cream of chicken soup with can of chicken added
Will go out for dinner or maybe order in and will probably have popcorn at the movies tonight.
Vites: yes
Exercites: no
I hope she'll be ok. Witnessing something like that with a fresh open wound is serious stuff.
Congrats on shedding the re-gain. That will be me after the holidays.

I didn't get to post yesterday. But the only carbs I remember eating were two McDonalds chicken strips with Honey Mustard. They were gross and I was sorry I ate them but I was starving and had not planned well.
I am now keeping log of my bites in a notebook like I did when I was loosing. That will help keep me on track during this carb laden time of year.
