Thanks for the encouragement on the Tuesday thread. Today:

Atkins bar
3 little smokeys, spoonful of tuna salad, few bites of cheese and one small gingerbread cookie (two bites)
Brok's pizza with one piece of pineapple per slice (3 slices)
Diet hot chocolate made with heavy cream
Later I will likely have some other protein. Probably meat.
I'm still stalled but when I look in the mirror I see a big difference between now and Thanksgiving.

I stopped separating calcium from my other vites as that was too overwhelming. I do 7 batches a day now which I find OK to deal with. A summary of what I do is below (in case anyone's curious)
B Vites (inc calcium)
S 75mg zinc
L Vites (inc calcium)
S 75mg zinc
D Vites (inc calcium)
Bedtime iron, copper & 250mg vit C
Nightime toilet trip iron & 250mg vit C
I take other vitamin C in the day as per Vitalady and the bedtime and nightime stuff is additional.

4 egg omlet with ham, mushroom, onion, cheese
14 pcs extra crispy bacon spread over the day. (break them into pieces and eat them like chips)
1/3 cup toasted ehmp seed
Chicken from El Loco Pollo
2 pc Mr Hemp bread (garlic cheese olive)
Barbecued brisket, asparagus with cheese sauce, mashed potatoes with butter
Bag of popcorn with butter
2 pcs Mr Hemp Bread (pecan, blueberry, cinnamon)
1/2 cup choc hemp milk with chia seeds
Vites: yes
Exercites: hooped 20 minutes nonstop.
