protien shake is fulling me up, not sure it is a good thing
I have just started a new protein shake and it is quite filling, the last ones were not, I could always eat with them and after them if you know what I mean, but this one fills me up. I have one for breakfast and it seems to fill up my stomach for most of the day. I just don't feel like eating anymore. It has been a few days and I only eat one other meal a day now. Before I switched drinks I had cut back on my eating to smaller portions and watched what I was eating more online with the DS and lost a few pounds but now I am worried I;m not getting enough food in me. I have been having it with milk I am going to try water and see if that helps tomorrow, 2 shakes today is all I have had
Shakes are supposed to help you overcome carb cravings. I would take a look at that label on your new shake and see how many carbs and protein grams per scoop. What's the brand?

The numbers make no sense. 48 grams of protein alone is about 192 calories. No protein powder that have have seen has more that 35 per scoop. Maybe 48=2 scoops? Maybe the toast has something to do with filling you up. I stay away from bread since it is obviously very carby and I am pretty sure I am gluten intolerant.
