***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

Love the cold snap here in San Francisco. Actually had to scrape frost off of my windshield this morning and weather like that makes soups and slow cooked comfort foods more attractive.

Bites:
4 fried eggs - 32g protein
8 pc bacon - 32g protein
1/4 cup toasted hemp seeds 13g protein
2 McD's fish sandwiches with cheese on side  33g protein, (discard 3 pcs of bun, stick the 2 pcs of fish together on bottom bun, cheese on top instead of top bun.  Order cheese on side or else it comes melted into the bun and you can't get it off.)
snack size m&m McFlurry  10g protein
4 more pcs bacon 16g protein
2 big bowls of beefy chili 45g protein
4 pc Mr Hemp bread - garlic, cheese, olive loaf. Very delicious. 15g protein
SF Choc pudding made with heavy cream, water and some hemp milk

Did a protein count today just to get a ballpark of what my intake usually is:  Total protein: 180g 

Vites: yes

Exercites: no.  too cold to hoop
