VERY bad experience with cookies 2 years ago. But desire them so much am considering a course of flagyl to mitigate the effect (also because it is definitely time again as the gas and bloating is reaching epic proportions).
I have not been doing very well recently and I thought if I was more disciplined and read this I would get better in time. I have read it here and there but I am hoping to change that pattern.
B Protein shake with 2 oz of heavy cream 50 g
L 2 butter crepes from good egg have no idea what the protein content is
S cutties x 2
S trader Joes raw nuts
Dinner steak
If I do not get in enough protein I will end my night with another shake as I try to hit 100 - 120 grams of protein per day.
Vits I have been so bad and I do not understand it as I know this is not good for my health. I am taking in the calcium as I add that to my shakes morning. I am taking a days container of vits and instead of finishing it in one day I am stretching it I know this is bad & it the reason I am on this forum looking specifically at this topic as I hope it will motivate me as I have read the sad stories. It took me 90 days to start my vits and once I got into the habit I was good but now I am not and I hope posting this will make me accountable again.
It does take determination to get in the habit of taking the vitamins all day long and into the night. Once you can do it for 30 days, you can keep going and consider it a habit. It takes strong determination but you can do it!

Came back to ObesityHelp and Major Mom's daily BitesVitesExercites thread for the exact same reason, It has proven beneficial and hope it is for you as well. Hang in there and strive for developing a rock solid DS regimen. Your DS life will likely cycle from iron clad compliance to times of being more lax until you establish a solid habit. Keep on keeping on.

4 eggs, 2 thick slices ham
1 pc Mr Hemp bread with butter
Tuna Salad on garden salad
milk shake
Salmon chowder
Chicken and white bean soup
Brisket, mashed potatoes, gravy, buttered peas
more Brisket
Choc pudding
Vites: yes
Exercites: hooped, long walk in GG park Need to work on weight bearing
