***Sunday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Mmm... thos BBQ ribs sound good. Sadly I'm a fussy eater and ribs just seem a bit fiddly to me (have to convince DH to have some next time we're out so I can have a taste).
I bought a couple of new tops today and I could do with a new skirt. I've been losing very slowly, but things are starting to hang off me again!

I used a bottled BBQ sauce rather than making my own. Lined a large pan with aluminum foil, painted both sides of the racks of ribs with sauce, covered the pan tightly with another sheet of foil, put them in a 210 Fahrenheit oven for 4 - 5 hours. It comes out falling off the bone tender.
More shopping is definitely in order.

Yes, I've had some Bailey's (I had really dry skin when I was on hol and it was one of the few ways I could think of upping my fat while there). It stalled me and I'm a teetotaler in the UK.

Sometimes go to Chilis with GF and order the 2 entree deal for 20 bucks. We each order something different and will sometimes switch plates. One of the choices is ribs which we enjoy with the sweet barbeque sauce - they have 3 choices of barbecue sauce. This deal comes with a shared appetizer so we order the chicken crispers and stay away from the chips and salsa. GF loves their Presidente Margarita but margaritas have never been my thing. Whether or not you are tempted by margaritas you should stay away from all alcoholic drinks during your first year post op.
Basically no snacking/grazing today and I'm SO hungry!!
DD's turn to cook tonight, so am not sure what's planned.

Exercites: hooped this morning and taught w neighbors to hoop. Added a lot of weight to hoop - wonder if that might be considered weight bearing?
